You'll need to have your Current city -information added to your Facebook account. This information has to be also public, so that Bubbles IQ is able to show your score on your local top list.
Here's how you can check that you have the correct information set and how to add the current city information, in case it's missing:
1) Log in to your Facebook account and go to your own profile page
2) Click "About"
3) Click "Places You've lived" on the left column of the page
4) Add / edit your "Current city" (note: not hometown)
5) Check that your Current city information is set to public and save the changes.
Then double check if you allow Bubbles IQ to use your city.

5.) move your mouse cursor(usually an arrow) on the Bubbles IQ image
6.) click the pencil image to edit the settings
