If you receive error number 5001 or 3032, do the following;

1) Refresh the page.

2) Log out of Facebook, and then log back in. Write www.bubblesiq.com in the address bar of your web browser in order to get to the game.

2) Empty the cache and cookies of the browser.

3) Try a different browser on the same computer. We recommend the latest versions of Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

4) Remove Bubbles IQ from your Facebook Apps page, then re-install it.
