If you have reached level 40 this week but can’t still start at level 30, we suggest that you remove and re-install the game.
You can remove the game as follows;
1.) Log into your Facebook account.
2.) Click the small arrow on the top right corner of the page on the dark blue background.
3.) Choose "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
4.) Click "Apps" from the column on the left side of the page.
5.) Move the mouse cursor on the game app you wish to remove and click the X-button after the game to remove it.
